Founded by Prof. Dr. Lerika de Klerk, N2S Aesthetics was established with a clear purpose: to give South African aesthetic professionals access to innovative products, advanced treatment solutions and the support required to grow sustainable practices.
Prof. Dr. Lerika de Klerk’s journey into advanced aesthetic distribution began far beyond the borders of luxury treatment rooms. Having witnessed first-hand the limitations, pain and risks of conventional needle-based interventions during clinical work in challenging environments across Africa and Afghanistan, she recognised a critical void: treatment delivery needed to evolve. That experience ignited a lifelong commitment to pioneering needleless dermal infusion and minimally invasive transdermal technologies.
From 2003 to 2010 Lerika worked in Afghanistan as a specialist with Charters, a contract medical evacuation and safety service. Beginning her career at 18, she coordinated and carried out emergency medical evacuations for UNHAS (United Nations Humanitarian Air Services). Working in demanding, conflict-affected environments built her experience in high-pressure decision-making, teamwork and putting patient safety and comfort first.
Lerika founded Needleless to Say in 2012, focusing on the development and implementation of needleless injection solutions, professional education and practical demonstrations. Since 2013 she has served as an International Clinical Trainer for MIT Needleless Technology, educating aesthetic doctors, dermatologists and clinical therapists worldwide.
With more than 15 years of leadership in aesthetic distribution and device technology, Prof. Dr. de Klerk has been at the forefront of modernising clinical protocols. Her PhD in Alternative & Complementary Medicine informs a holistic yet strictly science-backed philosophy: true skin rejuvenation requires biocompatible formulations that stimulate the skin at a cellular level without unnecessary structural compromise.
She established N2S Aesthetics with a single mandate: to equip South African aesthetic practices with world-class, clinically verified treatment systems. Seeing practitioners face disjointed distribution, inconsistent training and little technical support, she built N2S as a trusted clinical ecosystem rather than an importer. Today N2S is the exclusive distributor of Fusion Meso, the home of Smart Skin botanical cellular health, and an authority on advanced needleless infusion devices and corrective brands like Ekseption.
